FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is the minimum glamping set up that you offer?
    The minimum glamping setup we offer is 2 tents. For single children we suggest a cousin or best friend to celebrate with.
  • What tents do you offer that can be set up outside?
    Our Bell tent can be set up outdoors. It must be set up on a grass surface (not hardscape). All other details including pricing and set up options are located under our BELL TENT section. Our Glamping tents are for indoor setup only.
  • Do you rent glamping tents for a few hours?
    No. We rent our Glamping tents for a minimum of 1 night. You are welcome to keep the setup for mulitple nights at an additional charge of $15.00 per tent per night.
  • How many themes do you offer?
    We currently offer just over 35 delightful themes for our Glamping tents. We are always adding new themes to our selection. Our Luxury Picnic setup comes in 4 different colour options. Picnic add-ons can be setup to match Glamping tent themes. The Aurora Bell Tent comes standard the Boho Blush theme, but can be decorated with any of our 35 other themes.
  • What is your service area?
    The following areas include travel time in our package pricing: Concord, Etobicoke, North York, Toronto, Scarborough, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, Woodbridge, Maple. We do service a wider area in the GTA and surrounding areas for an additional travel fee: Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Brooklyn, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Newmarket, Uxbridge, Unionville, King City, Kleinburg, Nobleton, Bolton, Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga, All out of area fees can be found under our SERVICE AREA section.
  • How much space does each Glamping tent take up?
    The assembled tent base of each tent is approximately 4ft in width by 5ft in length with the tray table placed at the end of the mattress or closer to 6ft in length when the tray table is placed on the floor in front of the mattress.
  • Do you service apartment/condo buildings?
    At this time we are not able to service apartment/condo buildings or any locations that require elevator access. Our clients have borrowed a relatives home for a night to make their Glamping party possible!
  • How long is set up and take down?
    Glamping/sleepover set ups can typically take 2.5 hours for a 5 tent package. This includes the time it takes us to transfer all equipment in from the truck. Take down is usually 40 minutes up to 1.5 hours depending on the set up details. Bell Tent set ups can take 2.5 - 3 hours for set up and 2 hours or less for take down.
  • Are pets allowed in the tents?
    We ask that you please keep the air mattresses and tents pet free. Their paws/claws may puncture the mattresses, rip the fabrics and transfer pet hair and dander. Little Glamp Party stores all tents in a smoke and pet free home.
  • Do you take custom theme requests?
    Unfortunately, we do not take custom theme requests. We are always adding to our vast selection of themes. 'Aurora' our new outdoor Glamping Bell Tent can be setup with any theme we carry.
  • Do I have to clean the equipment before I return it?
    No thank you! We ask that you please leave that up to us. We make sure everything is sanitized and washed upon return. We wash the linens with Tide Free & Gentle with an additive that kills viruses & bacteria and dry on a high heat setting. We spend a lot of time disinfecting all the other items such as tray tables, tent poles, lighting and lanterns. We also spray our tents and plush items with a concentrated sanitizing fabric refresher. The final step is steaming the tents inside and out!
  • What are the rules for tent rentals?
    The majority of our tents are handmade right here in Canada (Burnaby, BC and Newmarket, ON). We ask that you treat the tents and equipment with care, as if it was your own. We understand that children will eat snacks in the tents/on the trays however we ask that you avoid providing food that can stain and ruin the bedding and tent covers such as pizza, spaghetti, Dorito chips, grape juice etc. The tray table for sleepover parties and birthday parties can always be moved to an area where the kids can eat without worrying about getting the tent or bedding stained.
  • How long do I rent a Picnic package for?
    Outdoor picnic packages are rented for the day. We typically arrive between 9:00am-10:00am or later if you are looking to have it for a shorter time. We return the same day to take down no later than 8:00pm. These set ups are same day as this avoids unexpected bad weather, animal issues and automated sprinkler systems. Indoor set ups are kept overnight.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept E-Transfer and Credit Card payments. Credit Card payments can be made directly through a link provided at the time your invoice is sent to you.
